eSubpoena

The NSW Subpoena Response site (eSubpoena) is a secure online platform that allows subpoena recipients to upload and submit subpoenaed material electronically. 

Legal practitioners can access subpoenaed material via a secure link where the appropriate access orders have been granted.

To produce subpoenaed material using eSubpoena, document producers are required to register for an account.

eSubpoena is only available for the Care and Protection jurisdiction.
