News 2016

Amended Practice Note 2 'Initiating Documents for Care Applications' published

July 2016: Practice Note 2 'Initiating Report and Service of the Relevant Portion of the Community Services File in Care Proceedings' was published on Friday 1 July 2016. The change provides for an exception to disclosure of information by Family and Community Services where the disclosure might prejudice an ongoing criminal investigation. The amended Practice Note is located in the Practice and Procedure section of this website.

April 2016: CLN Volume 1 includes a number of cases and papers which are of relevance to the Children's Court jurisdiction.
