Amended Practice Note 4 - Short term court orders. Pilot project and STCO practice sites commences 12 April 2013

12 April 2013: Practice Note 4 has been amended to allow the expansion of the pilot project to 17 Community Services sites across the state. The amended Practice Note also extends the operation of the practice note to applications for variation or rescission of care orders under s90 of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998.
